摘要
以朱庄煤矿Ⅲ628工作面底板灰岩含水层改为隔水层为例,介绍了防治底板承压水注浆加固的钻探和注浆工艺。钻探施工,注浆加固,将6煤底板以下52~58m改造为隔水层,钻孔以斜孔为主,使钻孔揭露的含水层段尽量长,以增加注浆量,注浆工程采用地面注浆,注浆采取高标号水泥,高压稀浆,连续注浆方式进行的,提高浆液扩散半径,增加注浆量都有积极的作用。注浆后进行了二次电法检查,透孔注水检查注浆效果以及取芯验证注浆质量等。
