地方煤矿的信息化建设技术大部分与空间数据紧密相关,采用万维网地理信息系统(WebGIS)与地方煤矿的管理信息系统(MIS)有机结合,更适用于安全生产管理,是传统的管理信息系统所无法比拟的。提出一种基于WebGIS模式的地方煤矿管理信息系统的设计方案,采用ArcIMS平台,ASP,JavaScript和ArcXML技术作为系统开发环境,并对系统的平台构架设计、数据组织关系以及系统集成方法等关键技术进行了详细阐述,为数字矿山管理平台的建设及其应用研究提供了参考依据。
