摘要
介绍了2~8 MPa高水压防水闸门的设计、制造、试验的历程和推广使用情况,对原设计中的门框、门扇周边的门脚、闸门扇壳体、闸门的拉紧螺栓以及枢纽等部件提出创新改进的具体方法,减少工艺流程和制造难度从而降低了产品成本,为这一新技术在我国矿井中全面推广创造了条件,为井下生产防水保安建立可靠保障。
The paper introduced the design,manufacturing,test and application promotion of the 2~8 MPa high water pressure water door.The paper provided the certain methods of the innovation and improvement for the door frame,door foot along the door leaf,fan shell body of the water gate,tension bolt of the water door,hub and other parts in the previous design.Those certain methods had reduced the technical processing and the manufacturing difficulty.Therefore the product cost had been reduced.All those had opened the...
