摘要
建立了缓倾斜厚煤层综采长壁放顶煤二维颗粒流模型(PFC2d,Particle Flow Code-2d),根据实际生产情况,设计了16个正交实验。通过对试验数据进行回归分析,得出了顶煤厚度、顶煤垮落角、放煤步距、支架尾梁摆角与顶煤采出率的关系;运用方差分析法,将4个因素对顶煤采出率影响的显著性进行了研究,得出了顶煤垮落角对顶煤采出率影响特别显著,顶煤厚度、支架尾梁摆角对顶煤回收率影响比较显著,放煤步距对顶煤采出率的影响显著性较小的结论。
