摘要
在油田开发后期,许多油田产出液的含水率已超过85%,进入高含水后期。集输管道内油气水三相流流型对高含水安全混输技术界限确定及水力热力计算方法研究具有极为重要的意义。本文利用计量间现有设施,在采油现场研制了一套油气水流型试验装置,对高含水后期水平集输管道内油气水的流型进行了试验研究,测试出了高含水后期各种工况条件下水平集输管道内油气水的流型,并根据油水状态,总结出五种高含水后期油气水冲击流的流型。
The water-cut of most oil wells exceeds by 85% in many oil fields have with developing bear stage.The oil-gas-water flow of oil-gas gathering and transferring pipeline belongs to mixed flow.Calculating pressure drop is very important for the confirmation of temperature limit and waterpower,thermodynamic calculation.In this paper,we developed an experimental device in oilfields and did a series oil-gas-water flow pattern,gained the flow pattern in horizontal pipeline under different temperature and pressure....
