小液体流量下的气井持液及其减排规律研究 被引量:2

摘要 泡排剂排液法是解决小液量低产气井井筒持液问题的有效措施。本文利用配制的地层水样,在内径65mm的垂直管中模拟研究了小液体流量下的气井持液特性,确定了小液体流量下持液率与气体流速的关系。在不同浓度和不同气液比情况下,观测了泡排剂对两相流流态的影响,测定了不同浓度及气液比下井筒的持液率,研究了泡排剂对井筒持液的减排规律,得到了最佳泡排剂浓度的范围。 The drainage of liquid with foamer is an effective approach for dealing with the problem of liquid holdup in a gas well with low gas flow rate.The liquid holdup characteristics of the gas well with small load of liquid were simulated in a vertical tube with diameter of 65 mm.The liquid is a kind of aqueous solution confected similar with the stratum water.The relationship between liquid holdup and gas velocity was determined.How the foamer influenced the two-phase flow pattern was observed and studied.The l...
