摘要
针对高校战略管理的现状,从分析竞争情报与高校战略管理关系入手,论述高校战略管理过程中的战略分析、战略选择、战略实施以及战略评价这4个阶段与竞争情报的互动方式及内容,得出高校战略管理与竞争情报是一种互动与融合的关系,两者共同构建高校竞争优势的结论,以期达到为高校战略管理、高校竞争情报工作的研究及实践提供参考之目的。
