高校人事档案工作是高校人事工作的一个重要组成部分,高校教育教学和人事体制改革的发展,使高校人事档案工作面临新的挑战,对其管理模式、工作质量、档案工作队伍建设都提出了新的要求,使之更好地服务于人事体制改革。

The management of the personnel files is an important part of personnel service of college.But with the further reform in the structure of educating and personnel system,the university management of the personnel files is faced with the new challenge.It’s a necessity to improve the management pattern,the work quality,the personnel quality of the workers,which is a new request.Furthermore,the personnel files should provide better service for the reform in the structure of personnel system.
