This paper summarizes the principle and the application of SSL-based information security channel,introduces the process for the SSL-based information security channel with the Open SSL software package on the Windows 2000 server and the IIS server,including the CA service configuration,the application for,the installation as well as the disposition of the WEB server certificate,and the SSL course of communications between the client end and the server end.
