Several Basic Questions of Theory and Practice about Disaster Economics

中国汶川大地震,震惊世界,中国举国哀悼。痛定思痛的同时,也产生了人们对灾害进行经济学认识的紧迫需求。灾害经济学研究,在中国还是一个全新的领域。本文从理论和实践两个方面,从宏观和微观两个角度,借鉴国际经验,对灾害经济学本身以及与灾害相关的基本经济问题进行一些初步探讨。

After Wenchuan big earthquake happened,all the people mourned in China.At the same time, We can learn from the painful experience which is important for disaster economics.The disaster economics studies is a brand-new domain in China.Based on two aspects of theory and practice,on two angles of macroscopic and microscopic,this paper profits from the international experience to analyze disaster economics itself and basic eco- nomic problem with the disaster.
