大脑皮质电刺激术治疗难治性癫癎
摘要
目前,临床上癫癎约有30%是药物不能控制的、难治性的,其中适合手术治疗而获得显著疗效的患者不到10%,仍有相当部分的患者因癫癎灶鉴别不清或多灶性癫癎难以实施手术或手术治疗无效,迫切需要寻求新的治疗方法。近年来。
