重症肌无力患者交感神经皮肤反应的研究

A study on sympathetic skin response in patients with myasthenia gravis

目的:探讨交感神经皮肤反应(SSR)对评价重症肌无力(MG)患者自主神经功能损害的价值。方法:对30例MG患者(病例组)和30位健康受试者(对照组)分别进行了SSR测定,并将结果加以比较。结果:MG组SSR测定异常率为37%(11/30),SSR波潜伏期明显延长,波幅降低,与对照组比较,差异有显著意义(P<0.01)。结论:MG患者存在一定的自主神经功能损害,SSR可作为判断MG患者自主神经功能损害的神经电生理指标。
