摘要
目的:探讨耳针延缓衰老的可能作用机制。方法:将实验鼠分为三组:对照组、模型组、耳针组,对其中的对照组鼠每日背部皮下注射生理盐水一次,模型组鼠每日背部皮下注射D-半乳糖溶液以建立实验性亚急性衰老大鼠模型,耳针组鼠在每日注射D-半乳糖的同时给予耳穴埋针治疗。注射均为期连续6周。6周后采集各组鼠脑松果体标本,应用组织化学染色方法结合计算机图文图像分析方法,检测各组大鼠松果体中脂褐素(LF)的含量。结果:与模型组相比,耳针组大鼠松果体中LF含量下降(P<0.05)。结论:耳针可通过减少松果体中LF的积累而干预松果体的氧化损伤,延缓松果体衰退进程,从而在一定程度上延缓机体衰老,这可能是耳针延缓衰老的机制之一。
