摘要 目的:探讨克罗伊茨费尔特-雅各布病(CJD)的临床诊断及脑电图的表现特征。方法:回顾性分析在我院收治的8例CJD患者的临床及脑电图资料。结果:本文8例CJD患者中的7例(88%)的脑电图均呈现阵发性周期性尖慢综合波,并且随着病情进展,逐渐变得明显而持续,而间歇期的背景频率逐渐减慢,残存的α波消失,波幅下降渐至低平。结论:结合临床资料,具有这种较为特征性的脑电图改变是诊断本病的重要方法之一。 Objective:To investigate clinical diagnosis and EEG change feature in patients with CJD. Methods: Clinical and EEG materials in 8 CJD patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results: Periodic sharp wave compel(PSWC) of EEG was found in 7 of the patients.With CJD developing,PSWC became gradually obvious and persistent,the intermission background frequency slowed down gradually,relic α activity disappeared and amplitude of α wave stepped down to horizon.Conclusion: Combining with clinical materials,special EE...
