江苏省优秀运动员运动寿命人文社会学影响因素的研究

优秀运动员的培养过程是一个复杂的系统工程,其最终目的是使运动员尽可能早地达到竞技能力高峰期,并尽可能长地维持这个高峰期,创造出更多优异的运动成绩。选择人文社会学视角为切入点,以运动员、教练员为调查对象,采用问卷调查、咨询访谈、数理统计等方法对江苏省优秀运动员的运动寿命进行研究,揭示影响江苏省优秀运动员运动寿命的人文社会学因素,对江苏省乃至我国运动员的培养提出建议。
