摘要
对165名存在心理问题的新生进行为期2个月团体形式的体育锻炼干预活动。结果发现学生的心理健康水平随着体育锻炼的深入而有所提高。团体形式的体育锻炼利于大学生人际交往能力的提高,能放松情绪,降低焦虑,增加主体的自信与幸福感,磨练意志,提高抗挫折能力,某些人格特质在锻炼中得到改善,促进个体人格的完善与全面发展。
Physical exercise interventions to 165 freshmen who had a certain psychological problems in two months,found that the mental health improving with the level of physical exercise,college students interpersonal skills enhance the relaxed mood,reduce anxiety and played antidepressant efficacy,increasing the self-confidence and the sense of self-happiness,increased the ability to resist setbacks,some personality traits have improved,caused the improvement of individual personality and all-round development.
