摘要
在踺子小翻技术连接技术教学中,进行程序教学法实验。实验结果表明:通过程序教学法教学,运动员在完整动作中出现错误的情况很少,出现了错误或动作变形后也很容易改正。可有充足时间练习完整动作的巩固练习,提高动作的熟练性。及时采取有效措施,控制练习过程。
We experiment on programmed instruction of Combining Techniques of Acrobatic Arab Spring and back handspring. Experimental results show that: by application of programmed instruction, athletes can make fewer mistakes in the integrity action, also easily correct after making mistakes or deformation, have sufficient time to complete practice exercises on the consolidation moves, improve proficiency of action, and take timely and effective measures to control exercises process.
