摘要
随着社会的进步和广告业市场需求发展变化,未来的广告业设计人才不但要具备丰富的知识面、敏锐的观察力、高度的记忆力和丰富想像力,同时还需具有设计实践沟通能力,以及需了解相关广告法律、法规等知识的综合素质。而目前我们广告设计专业课程教学所培养的设计人才,离市场需求标准存在较大的差距。要培养适应当前的广告设计综合性人才,教育的培养目标定位和培养方式是关键,加强教师的科研能力是促进教学水平提高的有力保证。注重科学性、艺术性和系统性的学院教学体系,加强学生的专业科学引导,使培养的学生能真正适应当今和未来社会市场对综合素质全面的广告人才需求,是当前广告设计教学培养方式改革的方向。
