摘要
目的:观察通心络胶囊在急性心肌梗死支架术后的疗效。方法:61例冠心病急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者,男50例,女11例,平均年龄(56.23±12.06)岁。施行冠状动脉介入(PCI)治疗,并随机分为通心络组和对照组。通心络组在AMI常规西医治疗的基础上,加服通心络胶囊。于术前、术后1月分别检测患者血浆纤维蛋白原浓度、血小板聚集率,并行超声心动图检查,测量和计算左室舒张末期容积。结果:通心络组患者治疗1个月后血浆纤维蛋白原浓度、血小板聚集率较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05);左室舒张末期容积较对照组明显缩小(P<0.05)。结论:在AMI常规西医治疗的基础上,加用通心络胶囊可改善患者预后,降低血浆纤维蛋白原浓度和血小板聚集率,改善左心室重构。
