论进行软件反向工程专门立法之必要性

On the Necessities of Setting up Special Legislations for the Software Reverse Engineering

软件反向工程在信息社会具有重大作用,但我国目前尚未进行专门的软件反向工程立法。从软件反向工程在信息时代的适用、现行著作权法基本法理、我国现有软件保护法律三个角度出发,认为我国进行软件反向工程专门立法大有必要。

The software reverse engineering has important value in the information society.But our country hasn t set up special legislations for the software reverse engineering now.From the view of the software reverse engineering applications in the information age,the basic theory of the copyright law now,our country possesses the software protection laws now.I think setting up special legislations for the software reverse engineering is very important.
