摘要
该文就培养学生优良的非智力因素的重要性及在钳工实习中对学生的非智力因素培养方式进行了讨论。旨在培养学生正确的学习动机、浓厚的学习兴趣、饱满的学习热情、坚强的学习毅力和完美的个性。
The importance of cultivating good non-intellective factors of students and the way of the cultivation in bench work practice is discussed in the paper. The aim is at bringing up students correct motivation, deep interest, passion and perseverance in study and forming perfect personality.
