College counselors are the important parts of teachers and the management team, who have the dual identity of teacher and cadre. Counsellors are the backbone of college students ideological and political education, the organizers, actors and mentors of the day-to-day management. Focusing on the actual counselling work, this paper discusses five aspects "diligence" , "block" , "harmony" , "gentle" and "creation" .
