对西部职业教育人才培养类别战略重点选择的探讨

On choices of strategic importance of vocational education's talents development types in western China

西部地区培养高素质技术技能型劳动者主阵地之一的职成教育,由于受当地经济发展水平的限制,不论总量还是质量还比较低,有待进一步大发展.在西部大力发展职成教育时,要充分挖掘现有职成教育资源,在人才培养类别上做出战略重点选择,一是要紧紧围绕区域内优势产业经济、特色经济发展需要,培养大量的技术技能型人才;二是要根据西部地区劳务经济有待快速增长的需要,培养大批能够转移出去的具有一技之长的人才.从而促进西部地区主流经济成分的发展,为西部大开发作出应有贡献.

Due to the limitation of the local economical development,as one of major positions that develop the high-quality labors of technological skill type in western China,vocational education needs further development.This article expounds that while developing vocational education and adult education in the west energetically,we should dig the extant resources of vocational education and adult education to the full,and classify strategic choices in talents development.First,we must develop a large number of talents of technological skill type that closely relate with the demands of the regional advantageous industry economy and featured economical development;second,we should develop large number of talents with a certain kind of skill that can be transferred to other regions according to the needs of rapid increase of service economy in western China.Thus,we make greater contribution during the process of west development by promoting the development of mainstream economic components in west China.
