论中小学女教师的特点与培养

当前中小学教师中女教师所占比例较大,是中小学师资队伍的重要组成部分,加强对女教师的培养是提高中小学教师素质的重要保证.女教师在能力、个性特征、职业稳定性方面具有一定的教育教学优势,但在个性特征方面有一些不利的因素.此外女教师还具有成就动机偏低、易受家庭角色的束缚等弱势.提高中小学女教师的素质,加强对中小学女教师的培养,需要构建一个由社会、学校、家庭、女教师自身等方面组成的培养体系.

The schoolmistress are important parts of teacher in primary and middle school.They have some advantages in teaching,such as ability,personality and stability in work.But they have some disadvantages also,such as personality,low achievement motivation and astricted by family.These characteristics have been brought by various causes.Improving and training the quality of schoolmistress is a systemic project.It needs constructing a training system composed of society,school,family and themselves.
