摘要
为提高食品中镉和锡的检测水平 ,建立了氢化物发生 -原子荧光光谱法同时测定食品中的镉和锡的方法。在最佳实验条件下的检出限 :镉 0 0 0 2 9ng ml、锡 0 19ng ml;线性范围 :镉 0~ 2ng ml ,相关系数 0 9998,锡 0~ 10 0ng ml,相关系数 0 9999;在 0 5ng ml时 ,镉测定的相对标准偏差为 1 5 % (RSD) ,2 5ng ml时锡的相对标准偏差为 3 1% (RSD) ;试样加标回收率 :镉 93 0 %~10 0 5 % ,锡 91 3%~ 99 2 %。该方法具有操作简便、快速、检出限低、灵敏度高、结果准确等优点 ,适合于各种食品镉、锡的联合测定。
The method of hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry was established for the simultaneous determination of cadmium and tin in foods. Under the proposed conditions, the detection limits were 0.002 9 ng/ml for cadmium and 0.19 ng/ml for tin. The linear calibration curve for cadmium was within the range of 0~2 ng/ml with correlation coefficient 0.999 8, and for tin within the range of 0~100 ng/ml with correlation coefficient 0.999 9. The RSDs for cadmium at 0.5 ng/ml and tin at 25 ng/ml were 1.5% and 2.5%, respectively. The recovery rates of standard spiking for cadmium and tin were in the range of 93.0% ~ 100.5% and 91.3% ~99.2%, respectively. This method is simple, rapid, sensitive and accurate. It suits the purpose of the simultaneous determination of cadmium and tin in foods.
