摘要
为掌握河南省部分食品污染物的污染情况 ,对濮阳市部分食品中的沙门菌、单核细胞增生李斯特菌、O15 7∶H7大肠埃希菌进行污染状况调查。共采样 4类 2 6 1份 ,检出 3种致病菌 2 7株 ,沙门菌 11株 (4 2 % ) ,单核细胞增生李斯特菌 9株 (3 4 % ) ,O15 7∶H7大肠埃希菌 7株 (2 7% )。生肉类污染最严重 ,检出率 17 3% ;其次为生食蔬菜 ,检出率 14 5 % ;散装熟肉和生牛奶检出率较低 ,分别为 4 3%和 3 6 %。 11株沙门菌血清分型为 :肠炎沙门菌 6株 ,阿贡纳沙门菌 3株 ,德比沙门菌 2株。 7株O15 7∶H7均为肠出血性大肠埃希菌 (EHEC)。监测结果提示食品卫生工作者要提高对单增李斯特菌和O15 7∶H77的认识 ,加强基层防疫站的监测能力 ,及时发现 3种致病菌的血清型变迁和污染食品的种类变化 ,及时采取防治措施。
In order to know the status of the food pollution of Puyang, the pathogens of foods in this city were investigated according to a monitoring program of food contamination of Henan Province. 261 samples of 4 types of foods, including raw meats, vegetables, cooked foods and raw milk were collected and studied. Three genera including 27 strains of pathogens were detected. They were 11 strains of Salmonella(4.2%), 9 strains of Listeria monocytogenes (3.4%) and 7 strains of O157∶H7 E.coli(2.7%). Salmonella consisted of 6 strains of S.enteritidis, 3 strains of S.agona and 2 strains of S.derby. All of the 7 strains of O157∶H7 E.coli were enterotoxigenic E.coli(ETEC). The detection rates of pathogens in the samples of raw meats, vegetables, cooked meats and raw milks were 17.3%, 14.5%, 4.3% and 3.6% respectively. The results suggest more attention should be paid to the contamination of Listeria monocytogenes and O157∶H7 E.coli, and the monitoring capacity of local CDC should be reinforced so as to recognize the change of the serological type of the 3 most common pathogens and types of contaminated foods in time.
