巩固扩大迎评成果、提高人才培养质量是我院广大师生员工迎评过后最深刻的体会,也是迎评过后最明确的目标。本文根据高职教育发展形势和办学实际,从观念更新、专业建设、教学内容改革、实践实训模式创新、教学质量评价、师资队伍建设与办学条件改善、学生就业等方面就如何提高人才培养质量进行了有益的探讨。

To consolidate and enlarge the influence of assessment and improve the quality of talent training is the deepest understanding and the most distinct aim of the whole college after the assessment. Based on higher vocational education development and practical condition, the essay probes into how to improve the quality of cultivating the higher vocational college talents from the following aspects:idea innovation,major construction, teaching content reformation, practical model innovation, teaching quality assessment, construction of teaching team and improvement of teaching condition, job finding of students and so on.
