With the penetration of reforming and opening, the development of market economy and the new changes of domestic and foreign situations, as well as the reality of integrating resources, enlarging enrollment and keeping higher-leveled development of colleges,CPC members of colleges are faced with a lot of new problems. Hence strengthening forcefully the construction of the Communist Party of colleges, doing well in the tasks about CPC members and insuring the high quality of the Communist Party is the precondition for the quick and wealthy development of higher education.
