摘要
现实表明,学生在接受了长达若干年体育教育之后,能够形成体育锻炼习惯,坚持终身体育自主性行为方式者并不多见。并以此为研究目的,并得出如下结论:1)男、女生性别,在体育锻炼习惯的形成方面存在着极其显著性差异,这种差异,是由生物学特征所决定的,而并非是同样好的运动环境和教育因素所能解决的差异存在;2)体育成绩差的学生在对体育锻炼的喜好程度上有着非常显见的因果关系;3)教师在教学手段与培养学生体育锻炼能力和习惯的关系问题上约有47.8%的教师持有低认可,这无疑是影响教师教学行为投入不足的一个教育因素。
Reality shows that after receiving physical education for years,few students can form physical exercise habit and persist in doing exercises as a lifelong self-control behavior.This article explores such aspect and draws three conclusions as follows:First,the gender distinction between boys and girls on the forming of physical exercise habit is obvious,which is determined by biological features and can't be solved by the same sports environment and teaching element.Second,low-grade students' attitude will affect their loving of physical education,which is cause-and-effect relationship.Third,on the relationship between teaching methods and fostering students' physical competence and habit,about 47.8% teachers low approval,which is a teaching element that undoubtedly affects teachers' enthusiasm towards teaching.
