国内法律语言学研究状况分析综述

A Riview of Domestic Forensic Linguigtic Study

本文对过去12年间(1994-2005)刊登在国内主要语言学期刊上有关法律语言学研究的文章进行检索统计,分析结果表明:1)研究呈明显上升趋势;2)研究对象侧重于法律语言的书面语和综合型研究;3)研究内容主要集中在国外研究成果的介绍与引进和立法语言两个方面;4)以理论性研究为主,实用性研究为辅.本文认为,目前研究尚存在着诸多问题:起步晚;研究领域逐渐扩大,但深度不够;研究内容集中,法律语言各部分研究不平衡等.文章最后预测了该研究今后的发展趋势.

A survey of the articles concerning Forensic Linguistic study published in major domestic FLT journals in the past twelve years leads to the following findings: 1) there has been a steady increase in the number of research articles;2) special emphasis has been laid on the study of Forensic Linguistics in general as well as written legal language;3)the present research focuses on introduction to overseas research in this field and description of legislative language;4) the key research method is theoretical research.Then the paper explores certain problems existing in current research,such as exclusion of some important topics,disproportionate use of research method etc.Directions for future research are also predicted.
