The strategic focus of contemporary Chinese political civilization construction is chiefly reflected by the following aspects: to develop people's democracy greatly,realize the systematization,standardization and proceduralization of democratic politics;to promote the Party's construction work in an all-round way and realize the modernization of the ruling Party itself;to put into effect the principle of running the country by law,ensure the supremacy and justness of law and finally realize the goal of running the country by law;to establish a limited government in earnest,enhance the rationality of policy-making and achieve the rationalization of public authority.
