摘要
随着生活水平的提高和社会的发展进步,女性休闲得到了很大的发展,但仍存在影响女性参与休闲活动的因素。通过文献分析的方式,探讨休闲活动对职业女性的重要性,提出推广职业女性休闲的具体方法,对提升职业女性生活品质起到很好的推动作用。
With the development of living qulitity and socitity,women's leasure has developed greatly.But the features that baffled them stand still.In my artitle,we discuss the importance of women's leasure,and give out the detail methord to extend women's leasure.And this will drive the qulitity of women's leasure.
