Exercise and Peculiar Immune Cells

摘要 采用文献综述的研究方法,论述了特异性免疫细胞的特点及适度运动和过度训练对它的影响,从而更好地指导运动训练。 By literature and information searching methods,this essay studied the characteristic of the peculiar immune cells and the influence comes from moderate exercise and excessive training,thus instruct sports to train better.
