摘要
根据以科学发展观统领全局的指导思想,结合国内外造船业发展的现状和趋势,本着对“百年江南”的敬意和对“新江南”的祝愿,对“新江南”的建设提出一些建议。
In accordance with the guidance ideas of scientific development view leading the whole,combining with the shipbuilding industry's status and trend home and abroad,with the respect to centennial Jiangnan Shipyard and good(wishes to) new Jiangnan Shipyard,some advices for constructing new Jiangnan Shipyard are presented in this paper just for reference.
