摘要
简要介绍了SOLAS破损稳性规则的最新修改情况。通过对5艘实船的计算与分析,对SOLASⅡ-Ⅰ章有关客船与货船概率破损稳性要求的新标准提出了一些修改建议与评论意见,为IMO SLF 47次会议的中国提案与预案提供了技术支持。部分建议被会议采纳。
This paper briefly interprets the primary amendments to regulation on probabilistic damage stability for passenger and cargo ships in SOLAS.Based on the analyses of the calculation results for 5 existing ship examples authors have offered the proposals and comments on the new standard of requirements of probabilistic damage stability in SOLAS Ⅱ-Ⅰ,which have given technical support to China submission and pre-submission for attending IMO SLF 47 meeting,and the meeting has adopted some therein.
