摘要
该文简单介绍了数据融合技术的发展过程,着重阐述了数据融合技术在现代测试系统中的运用以及对现代测试技术所起的作用.数据融合技术是对多传感器所测量的信息(信号)进行协同优化与综合处理,使数采、通信和控制一体化,从而大大提高测量系统的性能和效率,扩展测量系统的功能.
This paper introduces the development of test technology, and explains the application and effect of data integration technology in modern system test. The integration technology of the data is to optimize and deal with synthetically the information (signal ) measured by sensors, to integrate the data collection communication and control, thus improve the performance and efficiency of the measuring system greatly and expand the function of the measuring system.
