河南省武术馆校教练员素质调查与提高对策

An Investigation of the Present Conditions and Counter-measures of the Coaches of Henan Martial Arts Halls and School

运用文献资料法、问卷调查法对河南省各地市武术馆校教练员的素质进行调查,发现河南省各地市武术馆校教练员的平均年龄较年轻、教龄偏短、学历层次偏低、运动技术的掌握与运用也一般,并结合区域特点及影响因素,提出了提高河南省武术馆校教练员素质的对策.

Using the methods of cultural heritage data and questionnaire to investigate the present conditions of the coaches of martial arts halls and school in every local city of Henan province, the author has found that the average age of the coaches of martial arts halls and school in every local city of Henan province is much younger, the length of service as a coach is short, their educational level is low, their mastery and application of sports techniques are common and their salary and management level need improving. The author puts forward some counter-measures to improve the present conditions of the coaches of martial arts halls and schools combining with the district characteristics and influential factors.
