民族文化资源是贵州文化产业发展的重要依托,人才要素在文化资源向文化产业转化的过程中起着决定性的作用,是文化产业链中不可脱节的重要一环,对创意人才的重视和培育,是提升贵州文化产业竞争力的有力手段。
National culture resource is the important supports for Guizhou culture industry develop.In the culture industry chain,personnel is an important factor and can not out of joint,it plays a crucial role during the transform process from culture resource to culture industry.Regarding and cultivating the creative personnel is a strong way to promote the competition for Guizhou culture industry.
