摘要
本文总结了四川电大直属学院参加现代远程开放教育试点以来,对新的教学及教学管理模式进行积极探索所取得的最终成果,阐述了“三阶段”教学模式和“三级两线三阶段”教学管理模式的形成与实施的基本思路和要求,揭示出这套教学及管理模式所蕴含的保证把最优秀的教学资源传输到最需要的基层教学点这一现代远程教育的核心思想和以教学服务、教务服务为必要条件的以人为本、人性化和开放式的现代教育思想中的服务理念。
The article summarizes the fruits of teaching and managing model reforms since the starting of pilot projects in the Attached College of Sichuan RTVU. It explains the formation, thoughts and requirement of ″three phases″ teaching model and ″three levels, two lines and three phases″ managing model, and it explores the core idea of modern distance education: sending the best teaching units. It also explores the service ideas of modern distance education: humane, individualized and open thoughts based on teaching service and managing service.
