浅议高校经营性资产的管理和运作

Discuss Management and Operation of University's Operational Assets

为适应社会主义市场经济体制和高等教育管理体制的改革,高校产生了较大数量的经营性资产。从高校经营性资产的特征和作用出发,分析了高校在经营性资产的管理和运作中存在的问题和原因,并针对性地对建立创新的管理体系、开展产权界定、完善管理制度以及进行资本运营等工作提出了具体的对策和建议。

In order to meet the reforms of the socialist market economy system and higher education management system,the university has produced the operational assets of larger quantity. This thesis has analysed the question and reason existing in the management and operation of operational assets of the university from characteristic and function of university's operational assets. Some suggestions establishing the system of innovation management,running defined property right,perfect management system and operating capital etc. have been put forward.
