摘要 介绍了高含γ-亚麻酸根霉的发酵和提取工艺,指出了本项技术的特点和先进性,分析了GLA的市场需求及其经济效益。 This thesis introduced the craft of ferment and distilling of rhizopus sp. including rich inγ-linolenic acid,the characteristic and advance of the technology,and analysed the market demand and economic benefits of GLA.
