A new process for production of shirting fabrics and bed linen with fuctionality is described. The process allows non-iron and laundry-fresh longer properties to be achieved in cotton maferials in combination with a simultaneous process optimization. The special features of the process are discussed. The process technology, process parameters and achieved effects are presented.
