农民工问题、解决“三农”问题是建设社会主义和谐社会的关键,全力维护他们的合法权益就是加强党的执政能力建设的本质要求。本文拟就福建省晋江市维护农民工权益的基本情况、农民工权益受损的原因及其应对措施做些探讨。

The problem of rural migrants is the k ey to solving the agriculture,country and peasant problems.It is also the key to building socialistic harmonious society.Sticking up f or their rights and interests is main ly the internal request of strengthening t he CPC reigning power.The paper disc usses the essential instance of rura l migrants' rights and interests,in Jinjiang Ci ty,Fujian Province,the cause for harming rural migrants' rights and interests,and the countermeasure.
