The people oriented administraton o f college students is an important part that the traditional colleges always lack,which has its profound r easons.With the development of the s ociety,science and techolology,th e people -oriented administration of college students would be an inevita ble trend,which is the requirement o f deep-ening education reform and cultivating the talented.As long as we adjust and reform the administration concepts,the administration system,the campus c ultures and the construction instru ctors,the people -oriented adminis tration of college students would be achieved.
