Adapt to the Demands of Developing Environment and Strengthen the Education of Patriotism

爱国主义是我们中华民族的优良传统美德熏是全国各族人民共同的精神支柱。在新的历史条件下熏加强爱国主义教育,应努力从以下几个方面入手:一是要加强民族自尊意识的教育,培养高度的民族责任感;二是要加强民族自信心的教育,树立健康的民族心态;三是要加强民族忧患意识的教育,树立自强不息的进取精神。

Patriotism is the very positive side of traditional Chinese culture and morality. To strengthen the patriotism education,we need to:(1)reinforce national self-respect education and cultivate people's great responsibilities; (2)enhance the national self-confidence and establish healthy national attitudes; and(3)intensify the national crisis awareness and constitute the spirits of constantly striving to become stronger.
