摘要
为了推进、优化健美操教学和提高、调控女大学生良好情绪的艺术性,本文采用文献资料和教学实践等研究方法,对健美操教学过程中调控女大学生良好情绪的教学艺术作了系统、细致的探讨研究,认为健美操教学中调控女大学生良好的情绪应做到(1)内容设计,标新立异;(2)创设情景,引发兴趣;(3)练习密度,难易适宜;(4)区别对待,体验成功。
The paper devotes a systematical and meticulous study to enhancing and optimizing the artistry of aerobics-teaching and the emotion-adjusting of female college students on the basis of literature research and teaching practice. On this point, the paper gives four suggestions as follow: (1) prepare alternative content; (2) create attractive and favorable circumstances; (3) design appropriate intensity and difficulty for the exercises; (4) treat the students on the merits of each case and help them to experience success.
