情感培育在高校思想政治教育工作中起着至关重要的作用。当前高校普遍重视对大学生进行思想理论的讲授,而忽视从情感上加强与学生的交流,导致高校思想政治教育工作效果不佳。高校必须高度重视情感培育环节,正确处理情感培育过程中出现的问题,确保思想政治教育目的的实现。

Emotion cultivation plays an utmost important role in the work of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. At present, all colleges and universities generally attach importance to ideological theoretical education to students, but neglect the strengthening of emotional communication with students. Asa result, the work in ideological and political education cannot gain satisfactory effect. All the colleges and universities must pay much more attention to the important link of emotion cultivation, must deal, in a proper way, with the problems in the process of emotion cultivation in order to ensure the realization of the purpose of ideological and political education.
