新型农村合作医疗制度的症结与对策——以兴化市大邹镇张文村为例

The key sticking point and the solution of the new cooperative medical treatment system

农村合作医疗制度是中国农村社会保障的基本制度之一,经过几十年运作与发展,它面临着严峻的困境,迫切需要构建一个新型的符合我国农村实际需要的医疗保障制度。为了切实反映农村新型合作医疗制度的实施方法以及农民的参保情况,本文就此在对江苏省兴化市大邹镇张文村调查的基础上,分析了新型农村合作医疗保障制度存在的问题,并提出了一些有关农村医疗保障制度的改革对策。

The new cooperative medical treatment system is one of the basic systems of the Chinese rurial social guarantee, operating through several decades with the development, it faces the rigorous predicament, therefore, the rural areas urgently needed to be set up a country medical treatment guarantee systemt to meet the new needs.In order to refelct the implementing of the new cooperative medical treatment system and the circumstance of farmers’ participation, this article, based on the reaserch in Zhangwen ,Xinghua , Jiangsu province, analyzes problems of the new cooperative medical treatment system ,and puts forward some solutions to the system.
