摘要
通过对钵苗在滑道上的运动进行了仿真分析和虚拟试验,同时还进行了物理样机试验对照,表明虚拟试验与物理样机试验结果比较接近,证明了滑道模型建立的合理性,参数选择恰当。从中得到了滑道倾角的取值范围,对设计物理样机有一定指导意义。
The key influencing factor on the working stability: the slideway obliquity was analyzed in this paper. A model of slideway was built and its kinematics simulation was made with Adams. The slideway obliquity was analyzed by simulation and single-factor tests method in the physical experiment. The best value range of the slideway obliquity was found out.
