; This paper introduces the structure and advantage of rubber bearings. The question of spirant and the development are also recommanded, and then the improved method is discussed. The experimentations and the practical engineering examples reveal that rubber bearing don't fit warships, especial for conventional submarine. With the advancement of warships, new materials and structure of water-lubricating bearings must be investigated.
